Ragasiya Police
''Ragasiya Police'' () is a 1995 Indian Tamil language action thriller film written and directed by R. S. Elavarasan. The film stars R. Sarathkumar and Nagma, while Raadhika, Anandaraj, Goundamani, Devan, and Senthil play supporting roles. The film, produced by A. N. Sundaresan, had musical score by Laxmikant–Pyarelal and was released on 23 October 1995. The film bombed at the box-office. Plot The film begins with the murder of a politician committed by the domestic terrorist Azhagam Perumal (Anandaraj). The corrupt home minister Ponnurangam (Goundamani) wants to become the state Chief Minister. He was one of the four founders of the ruling party, yet he has not become the CM, while his co-founders and junior have become the CM. Therefore, he orders Azhagam Perumal for money to create chaos in Tamil Nadu. Balakumaran
Balakumaran (5 July 1946 – 15 May 2018) was an Indian Tamil language, Tamil writer and author of over 200 novels, 100 short stories, and dialogue/screenplay writer for 23 films. He also contributed to Tamil periodicals such as ''Kalki (magazine), Kalki'', ''Ananda Vikatan'' and ''Kumudam''. His notable works as a dialogue writer in Tamil Cinema include Nayakan, Gunaa, Guna, Baashha and Pudhupettai. Biography Balakumaran was born in Pazhamarneri village near Thirukattupalli in Thanjavur district on 5 July 1946. He was married to Kamala and Santha.
