Sam Carling
Samuel Carling (born 2002) is a British politician who has served as Member of Parliament (MP) for North West Cambridgeshire since 2024. He is the first British parliamentarian to be born in the 21st century. By convention, as the youngest member of Parliament, he is accorded the honorary style of Baby of the House. Richard Michael Quigley (born August 1971) is a British Labour Party politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Isle of Wight West since 2024.
