Prong (band)
Prong is an American heavy metal music, heavy metal band formed in New York City in 1986. The band is fronted by guitarist/vocalist Tommy Victor, Prong's sole constant member. To date, Prong discography, they have released 13 studio albums (including a covers album), one live album, four EPs, one DVD and one remix album. Prong had two independent releases, ''Primitive Origins'' (1987) and ''Force Fed'' (1989), which attracted the attention of Epic Records, who signed the band in 1989. Their first two albums on Epic, ''Beg to Differ'' (1990) and ''Prove You Wrong'' (1991), were released to critical acclaim and garnered attention on MTV's ''Headbangers Ball''. The band's 1994 album ''Cleansing (album), Cleansing'' was also successful, and included their best-known song, "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck". Wacken Open Air
Wacken Open Air (, abbreviated as W:O:A) is a Heavy metal music, heavy metal music festival, held annually since 1990 on the first weekend of August in the village of Wacken, Schleswig-Holstein, Wacken in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Almost all styles and subgenres of hard rock and heavy metal music, metal are represented and hosted. It is now one of the largest heavy metal festivals in the world and one of the largest open-air festivals in Germany. Rob Nicholson (born November 24, 1969) also known as Blasko, is an American bassist, musician and manager. He is the bassist and backing vocalist of Rob Zombie and bassist for Ozzy Osbourne, and is also a manager for Black Veil Brides. He is also the former bassist of Cryptic Slaughter and live bassist for Danzig. Godflesh
Godflesh are an English industrial metal band from Birmingham. The group formed in 1982 under the original title O.P.D. (later Fall of Because) but did not release any complete music until 1988 when Justin Broadrick (guitar, vocals, programming) and B. C. Green (bass, programming) renamed the band and decided to use a drum machine for percussion. Fear Factory
Fear Factory is an American industrial metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1989. Throughout the band's career, they have released ten full-length albums and have evolved through a succession of sounds, all in their main style of industrial metal. Over the years, Fear Factory has seen frequent changes in its lineup, with lead vocalist Burton C. Bell being the only consistent member for 31 years until his departure in 2020. Guitarist Dino Cazares is the only original member still in the band. Danzig is an American heavy metal band led by former Misfits and Samhain frontman Glenn Danzig. Swans are an American experimental rock band formed in 1981 by singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Michael Gira. One of the few acts to emerge from the New York City-based no wave scene and stay intact into the next decade, Swans have become recognized for an ever-changing sound, exploring genres such as noise rock, post-punk, industrial music, industrial and post-rock. Antonio Campos (born March 8, 1973) is an American musician. He is the current bassist for the industrial metal bands Static-X and Fear Factory and the vocalist and bassist for the extreme metal band Asesino. He has previously played with Prong (band), Prong, Soulfly, Ministry (band), Ministry, and Possessed (band), Possessed. Following the death of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Wayne Static and the resurrection of Static-X, Campos is the longest-serving member of the group and the only one to appear on every album. Open Hand is an American rock band, first formed in Hollywood, California in 1997. History Open Hand was formed in Hollywood, California between 1998 and 2000 by guitarist/vocalist Justin Isham, bassist Michael Anastasi, and drummer Alex Rodriguez, they released two EPs on Justin's own label, American Propaganda: Radio Days and Evolution that same year.
