''Priyam'' is a 2000 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film directed by Sanal and starring Kunchacko Boban, Arun, Ashwin, Manjima Mohan and Deepa Nair in the lead roles. Plot Benny, an orphan, takes care of his sister's three children. Benny's best friend at the orphanage was Annie, who was taken away by her father. She decides to return to Benny. But fate has other plans. Sab John
Sab John is an Indian screenwriter and actor who works in Malayalam and Tamil-language films. He is known for his work in the films ''Chanakyan'' (1989) and ''Gunaa'' (1991). Career Sab John made his debut as a writer with the thriller film ''Chanakyan'' (1989). The story of the film was created in 18 days and he wrote a 450-page script for the film with director T. K. Rajeev Kumar. He made his Tamil debut the following year with the romantic film ''Gunaa''. After writing the scripts for several Malayalam films including ''Vyooham'' (1990) and ''Gandhari'' (1992), he returned to Tamil cinema with '' Sillunu Oru Kadhal'' (2006). Sukumari
Sukumari Amma (6 October 1940 – 26 March 2013) was an Indian actress best known for her works in Malayalam and Tamil films. In a career spanning more than five decades, She has appeared in more than 2500 films predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, along with few Hindi and one each in Sinhala, French, Bengali, Tulu, English and Kannada films. Sukumari began acting at the age of 10. In 2003, she was awarded the Padma Shri by the Government of India for her contributions toward the arts. She won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the Tamil film ''Namma Gramam'' (2010). Sukumari died on 26 March 2013 in Chennai, following a heart attack.
