Prathap Simha (born 21 June 1976) is an Indian journalist and politician who was a Member of Parliament for Mysore Mysore ( ), officially Mysuru (), is a city in the southern Indian state of Karnataka. It is the headquarters of Mysore district and Mysore division. Sakleshpur, also known as Sakleshpura or Sakaleshapura, is a hill station town and headquarters of Sakleshpur taluk and one of the two Sub-divisional headquarters in Hassan district in the Indian state of Karnataka. Belur () is a town and tehsil, taluk in Hassan district in the state of Karnataka, India. The town is renowned for its Chennakeshava Temple, Belur, Chennakeshava Temple dedicated to Vishnu, one of the finest examples of Hoysala architecture and the largest Hindu temple complex that has survived from pre-14th-century Karnata-Dravida tradition. Udupi Chikmagalur Lok Sabha constituency is one of the 28 Lok Sabha (lower house of Indian parliament) constituencies in Karnataka a state in southern India. This constituency was created as part of the implementation of the delimitation of the parliamentary constituencies in 2008, based on the recommendations of the Delimitation Commission of India constituted in 2002. It first held elections in 2009 and its first member of parliament was D. V. Sadananda Gowda of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Vishweshwar Bhat (born 22 July 1966) is an Indian journalist in Karnataka and the author of 94 books in Kannada language. He was the editor of ''Vijaya Karnataka'' and Kannada Prabha newspapers and the television channel Suvarna News. He started a media house in Karnataka by name Vishwakshara Media Pvt.
