Ponnada Venkata Satish Kumar (born 1974) is an Indian politician from Andhra Pradesh. He won the 2019 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Election on YSR Congress Party ticket from Mummidivaram Assembly Constituency in the erstwhile East Godavari District. He is renominated by YSR Congress Party to contest the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Election from Mummidivaram in Konaseema District. Early life and education Kumar was born in Mummidivaram Nagar to Satya Rao. He studied intermediate (plus two) from S. K. B. R. College, Amalapuram. He runs his own business. Career Kumar started his political journey with the Indian National Congress. 2009 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Election
The United Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election of 2009 took place in April 2009, concurrently with the 2009 Indian general election. The elections were held in the state in the first phase (2009-04-16) and the second phase (2009-04-23). The results were declared on 2009-05-16. Amalapuram is a town in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the district headquarters and the largest town of Konaseema district. It is the mandal and divisional headquarters of Amalapuram mandal and Amalapuram revenue division respectively. The town is situated in the delta of konaseema.
