Polyvalent Hall of Bucharest () is a multi-purpose indoor arena on the Tineretului Park in Bucharest, Romania. It is home to the CSM București (women's handball), CSM București of the Liga Națională (women's handball), National Handball League (LNHF). With a seating capacity of 5,300, the Sala Polivalentă also regularly hosts concerts, conventions and shows. Jean-Michel André Jarre (; born 24 August 1948) is a French composer, performer and record producer. He is a pioneer in the Electronic music, electronic, Ambient music, ambient and New-age music, new-age genres, and is known for organising outdoor spectacles featuring his music, accompanied by vast Laser lighting display, laser displays, large Projector, projections and fireworks. Jarre was raised in Lyon by his mother and grandparents and trained on the piano. Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006 was the fourth edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for young singers aged 8 to 15. On 2 December 2006, the contest was broadcast live from Bucharest, Romania making it the second time the contest had been held in a capital city. It was organised by the Romanian national broadcaster, Romanian Television (TVR), in co-operation with the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). The show was broadcast live in the competing countries, as well as Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Australian television channel Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) that acquired the rights for broadcasting the show, which was broadcast on 1 January 2007. ZZ Top is an American rock band formed in Houston, Texas, in 1969. For almost 56 years, it consisted of vocalist-guitarist Billy Gibbons, drummer Frank Beard (musician), Frank Beard, and bassist-vocalist Dusty Hill prior to his death in 2021. ZZ Top developed a signature sound based on Gibbons' blues style and Hill and Beard's rhythm section.
