Piret Laurimaa
Piret Laurimaa (married name Piret Palu; born 3 November 1971), is an Estonian stage, television, radio, and film actress. Early life and education Piret Laurimaa was born in Pärnu to Tiit Laurimaa and Aave Uus (''née'' Meriluht). She has three half-siblings. She graduated from secondary school in 1990, then studied acting at Aare Laanemets' theatre school in Pärnu. She graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical University (now, Tallinn University) in 1995. Stage career Following graduation, she joined the Endla Theatre in Pärnu in 1996 and was engaged at the theatre until 2014. Among her more memorable international roles at the Endla were in productions of works by: Molière, Gustave Flaubert, Thornton Wilder, Tom Stoppard, Marc Camoletti, William Gibson, Maria Blom, Luigi Pirandello, Mikhail Lermontov, Leea Klemola, and Éric-Emmanuel Schmitt, among others. Pärnu
Pärnu () is the fourth largest city in Estonia. Situated in southwest Estonia, Pärnu is located south of the Estonian capital, Tallinn, and west of Estonia's second largest city, Tartu. Juhan Smuul
Juhan Smuul (18 February 1922 – 13 April 1971) was an Estonian writer. Until 1954 he used the given name Johannes Schmuul. Career Smuul was born in Koguva village on the island of Muhu to Jüri and Ruudu Schmuul (née Tuulik). He had three older sisters: Salme, Linda, and Liisa and one younger sister, Aliide, as well as six half-siblings from his father's first marriage. Schillerstraße
''Schillerstraße'' (''Schiller Street'') was a German improvisational comedy show that aired weekly on Sat.1. It was recorded without a script and broadcast unedited to a large extent. The American broadcaster Fox has earned the licence for ''Schillerstraße'' and is to produce its own series. Idea and show structure The setting of the show is the living room of the main actor (until 2008 Cordula Stratmann, in 2009 Jürgen Vogel - all the actors keep their real names) who lives on the fictional street "Schillerstraße" in Cologne, Germany. The main character is regularly visited by friends and relatives. The participants only know the topic of the episode in advance. The whole plot has to be improvised comically. TV3 is a commercial television channel targeted at an Estonian language audience owned by Providence Equity Partners. History It was founded in 1996 after two recently established television stations, EVTV and RTV, were merged. TV3 has two sister channels. TV6 is a television channel targeted at entertainment television channel in Estonia, launched in 2002. TV8 is an entertainment television channel, launched as a digital sister channel to TV3 in 2009. For several years, TV3 had better ratings than the other private channel, Kanal 2. The situation changed in 2006, when Kanal 2 made some big changes in their programme. Lars Göran Ingemar Norén (9 April 1944 – 26 January 2021) was a Swedish playwright, novelist and poet. His plays are realistic and often revolve around family and personal relations, either among people who are impoverished and rooted at the bottom of society, or people who live in material comfort but emotional insecurity. Career His first publication was a collection of poems - ''Syrener, snö'' (Lilac, snow) in 1963. He was among the contributors of ''Puss'' satirical magazine in late 1960s.
