Perception Management
Perception management is a term originated by the US military. The US Department of Defense (DOD) gives this definition: "Perception" is defined as the "process by which individuals select, organize, and interpret the input from their senses to give meaning and order to the world around them". US Military

David Atlee Phillips
David Atlee Phillips (October 31, 1922 – July 7, 1988) was an American Central Intelligence Agency officer of 25 years and a recipient of the Career Intelligence Medal. Phillips rose to become the CIA's chief of operations for the Western Hemisphere. Carl Milton Bernstein ( ; born February 14, 1944) is an American investigative journalist and author. Credibility comprises the objective and subjective components of the believability of a source or message. Credibility is deemed essential in many fields to establish expertise.
