Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region Intercity Railway
The Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region Intercity Railway System (, abbreviated as PRDIR) is a regional higher-speed rail and suburban rail network being gradually constructed in the Pearl River Delta ( Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area), People's Republic of China. The project's goal is to have every major urban center in the Greater Bay Area to be within one-hour travel by rail to Guangzhou. On March 16, 2005, the State Council approved plans for a regional high-speed commuter rail network for the Jingjinji, Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. According to the plan, by 2020, the network will have a total route mileage of about . In September 2009, the plan was expanded to of routes split up into 23 lines. In the long term vision network length will reach by 2030. By then the network will provide basic coverage to the Pearl River Delta region. Guangzhou–Zhaoqing Intercity Railway
Guangzhou–Zhaoqing intercity railway, also known as Guangzhao intercity railway or Foshan–Zhaoqing intercity railway, is a regional railway within Guangdong province, China. It connects between Foshan and Zhaoqing, with through trains to Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province. It is a part of the Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region intercity railway network. Xiaojinkou railway station () is a railway station in Huicheng District, Huizhou, Guangdong, China. It opened on 30 March 2016. Guangzhou–Huizhou intercity railway, also known as the Guanghui intercity railway, is a regional railway within Guangdong province, China. It runs between the cities of Guangzhou and Huizhou in the Pearl River Delta (PRD). It is part of a larger radiating intercity rail transit network, called Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region intercity railway, across the PRD region, directly connecting with the Guangzhou–Shenzhen intercity railway. Xintang South Railway Station
Xintang South railway station () is a railway station in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It opened on 15 December 2019. It takes about 11 minutes to get to Dongguan West railway station, and about 53 minutes to get to Shenzhen Airport railway station from here. The station has one basement floor and three floors above ground. Jiangmen railway station () is a passenger and freight railway station in Jiangmen south road, Xinhui District, Jiangmen, Guangdong, China.
