Pazhani (2008 Film)
''Pazhani'' is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language action drama film written and directed by Perarasu. It stars Bharath in the main lead role alongside Kajal Aggarwal and Khushbu. The film, produced by director Sakthi Chidambaram under the banner Cinema Paradise, had music by Srikanth Deva. This is Bharath's first action film with an image makeover and is also the first Tamil film release for Aggarwal. ''Pazhani'' launched on 10 August 2007 and was released on 15 January 2008 which coincided with the Pongal festival, and became a commercial success. It was later remade into Oriya as '' Gud Boy'' (2012). Plot Pazhanivel is released from jail after 15 years and accidentally saves Jeevanandham from some goons, following which he gets appointed as Jeevanandham's car driver. Karpagambal is Jeevanandham's wife and also Pazhani's sister, which he learns later. Perarasu
Perarasu (born 8 January 1967) is an Indian film director who works primarily in Tamil cinema and is best known for masala films with Vijay and Bharath. Perarasu has also been credited as an actor, music director, singer and lyricist in some of his ventures. Personal life Perarasu, was born on 8 January 1967 in Natarasankottai in Sivaganga district, Tamil Nadu. Perarasu married Shanthi at Nattarasankottai on June 11, 2000 and a girl child Viruthika was born to them in July 2001. When Shanthi conceived a second time, she was given abortion pills and fell ill, where she was sent by Perarasu to her parents. A panchayat was summoned and they started living together. However, Perarasu insisted Shanthi in moving to Nattarasankottai. During this time, Perarasu received an explicit divorce decree without Shanthi's knowledge. Chitti Babu (; a.k.a. Sajjiah Adeebh, 10 January 1964 – 8 November 2013) was an Indian Tamil comedian, presenter and actor who prominently played supporting roles in Tamil cinema. He was also one of the judges in the comedy show ''Asathapovathu Yaaru'' on Sun TV (India), Sun TV. Personal life Chitti was married to Zareena Jabeen. He had two daughters, Rizwanah Adeebh and Rifah Adeebh, and a son, Riaz Adeebh. He died at the age of 49, after going into a diabetic coma. Karthik (born 7 November 1980) is an Indian playback singer and composer. Karthik started his professional singing career as a backing vocalist and has since been working as a playback singer.
