Pavlos Lespouridis
Pavlos Lespouridis (2 November 1958 – 26 February 2003) was a Greek weightlifter and coach. He competed at the 1980 Summer Olympics and the 1984 Summer Olympics. In 1987 he was 7th in the European Championships. Moreover, he won medals in the Mediterranean Games as he came 2nd in 1987 and 3rd in 1979. Later he became a coach. He was killed in a car crash in the highway between the districts of Edessa and Florina, in Macedonia, Greece, on 26 February 2003. Pavlos Stamelos (Greek: Παύλος Σταμέλος; born August 2, 1950, in Greece) is a Greek retired professional basketball player and coach. At 6'4" (1.93 m) in height, he played at the power forward and center positions. Professional career Stamelos started his club playing career with the junior teams of Sporting Athens in 1964. With Sporting, he was the Greek League Top Scorer in the 1977–78 season. He moved to AEK Athens for the 1979–80 season, where he played until 1981. In the top-tier level amateur Greek Championship (1963–1992), he played in 361 games, and scored a total of 6,645 points, which was the 8th most total points scored in the competition. Pavlos Papaioannou (; born 19 March 1959) is a Greek- Brazilian former professional footballer. Club career Papaioannou started his football career at Rodos with which he made great appearances, attracting the interest of the big clubs. On 9 July 1983, he was transferred to AEK Athens for 10 million drachmas plus the incomes from a friendly match between the two club in Rhodes. Papaioannou was a key member of AEK for most of his long spell at the club. He played mainly as a defensive midfielder, but also as a right back. He stood out for his good physical condition, his continuous running and his contribution mainly in the blocking part, while also participating in the offensive.
