Paul Caddick
Paul Caddick (born July 1950) is a British businessman who is the founder of Caddick Group, a civil engineering business established in 1979, and Moda Living, a property development company. He is currently the director of 119 companies. Early life Paul Caddick is the son of a miner. Career Cadddick worked for West Yorkshire County Council, John Laing and the civil engineers Sir Lindsay Parkinson, before starting his own business in 1980. In 1997, he and Gary Hetherington purchased Leeds Rhinos rugby team, and they co-founded Leeds Rugby Limited. He is also the owner, via Caddick Group's majority stake in Leeds Rhinos, of the Headingley rugby ground. Castleford is a town within the City of Wakefield, West Yorkshire, England. It had a population of 45,106 at a 2021 population estimate. The Leeds Rhinos are a professional rugby league club in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. The club was formed in 1870 as Leeds St John's and play in the Super League, the top tier of English rugby league. They have played home matches at Headingley Stadium since 1890. Sir Lindsay Parkinson & Company Ltd, commonly known as Sir Lindsay Parkinson & Co. Ltd or Lindsay Parkinson was a civil engineering company in the UK. It was acquired by Leonard Fairclough & Son in 1974, which later (1982) merged into AMEC, and then became part of Wood Group. Gary Hetherington (born 1954) is an English professional rugby league executive and former professional rugby league footballer and coach. He is the chief executive officer of the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League. Hetherington made his début for Wakefield Trinity in January 1973. He played for Wakefield Trinity, York, Leeds, Hunslet (loan), Kent Invicta, Huddersfield, Sheffield Eagles and Whitehaven (two spells). He played as a , and also as a .
