Moda Living Limited is a Harrogate-based, family-owned developer and operator of purpose-built homes for rent across the United Kingdom. They are specialists in the build-to-rent, single-family rental and co-living subsectors of the UK's rental living market with offices in Harrogate, London, Manchester and Birmingham. Moda Living was founded in July 2014 by Caddick Group plc and Generate Land Ltd. It has five operational build-to-rent neighbourhoods in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds and Edinburgh and currently has a pipeline of over 20,000 new homes worth a combined £6.5bn. The business works with investors including KKR, Ares Management, Harrison Street, NFU Mutual and Apache Capital. Wetherby
Wetherby ( ) is a market town and civil parishes in England, civil parish in the City of Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It is close to West Yorkshire county's border with North Yorkshire and lies approximately from Leeds city centre, from York and from Harrogate. The town stands on the River Wharfe and, for centuries, it has been a crossing place and staging post on the A1 road (Great Britain), Great North Road midway between London and Edinburgh. Wetherby Bridge, which spans the River Wharfe, is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and a Grade II listed building, listed structure. The course of the A1 road (Great Britain), Old Great North Road passes through the town and, as result of its situation on the road, as well as being a major Drovers' road, cattle droving route from Scotland to London, many coaching inns were established in Wetherby which are still used by travellers today. Paul Caddick
Paul Caddick (born July 1950) is a British businessman who is the founder of Caddick Group, a civil engineering business established in 1979, and Moda Living, a property development company. He is currently the director of 119 companies. Early life Paul Caddick is the son of a miner. Career Cadddick worked for West Yorkshire County Council, John Laing and the civil engineers Sir Lindsay Parkinson, before starting his own business in 1980. In 1997, he and Gary Hetherington purchased Leeds Rhinos rugby team, and they co-founded Leeds Rugby Limited. He is also the owner, via Caddick Group's majority stake in Leeds Rhinos, of the Headingley rugby ground.
