Patrol 03
''Patrol 03'' is a Canadian and French animated television series that aired in 1998 and was broadcast on Teletoon in Canada and France 3 in France. Plot The show centers around a trio of animal police officers called Shorty, Wilfred and Carmen; who solve crimes in the city of Los Diablos as "Patrol 03" - most of the police force considers them a joke and looks them down due to the minor assignments they get and their broken-down patrol car. The main villains of the show are the power-hungry Police Chief Pamela Bondani, who wants to become the town's mayor, and her mole assistant Professor Molo. The two are always trying to take over the city using various schemes while Bondani assigns Patrol 03 with various meaningless tasks to keep them out of the way. Blood Hound
The bloodhound is a large scent hound, originally bred for hunting deer, wild boar and, since the Middle Ages, for tracking people. Crocodile
Crocodiles (family Crocodylidae) or true crocodiles are large semiaquatic reptiles that live throughout the tropics in Africa, Asia, the Americas and Australia. Walter Massey (actor)
Walter Edward Hart Massey (August 19, 1928 – August 4, 2014) was a Canadian actor, best known for voicing Principal Herbert Haney on the animated series '' Arthur'' and The Doctor in the English version of '' The Mysterious Cities of Gold''. He was based in Montreal, Quebec. He played Dr. Donald Stewart on the 1990s version of ''Lassie'', and had numerous roles on stage, and in films and television, for more than six decades. Massey was the cousin of actor Raymond Massey and was a founding member of Canadian Actors' Equity. Walter Massey's father, Denton, was an engineer and Ontario politician. Massey died in Montreal, Quebec on August 4, 2014, fifteen days before his 86th birthday.
