Paddock Grand Prix was a Grand Prix motorcycle racing team from Switzerland who competed in the F.I.M. Road Racing World Championship since until , before being acquired by team Technomag. In , Paddock's rider Thomas Lüthi won the 125cc title. History The team began racing as Elit Grand Prix in the season with Czech rider Jakub Smrž on a Honda RS125R. At the 2005 French Grand Prix the Paddock team achieved its first victory thanks to Thomas Lüthi who won the 125cc race. At the end of the season he secured the world championship title in the 125cc class. In the season the team, known as Emmi - Caffè Latte Racing Team, switched to Aprilia bikes with rider Sandro Cortese on an Aprilia RS 125 R in the 125 class and Thomas Lüthi on an Aprilia RSV 250 in the 250 division. is a Japanese retired Grand Prix motorcycle road racer, and current team principal of Honda Team Asia. Aoyama is best known for winning the 2009 250cc World Championship title. He is the older brother of former 250cc and World Superbike rider, Shuhei Aoyama. In his six seasons in the 250cc World Championship, he raced Honda and KTM machinery in an Aprilia-dominated class. He took nine victories and never finished lower than seventh overall. By winning the 2009 250cc World Championship, Aoyama become the last winner of this class before its replacement by the Moto2 class in 2010. Lukáš Pešek (born 22 November 1985 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech motorcycle racer. He competes in the Alpe Adria Road Race Superbike Championship and the Endurance FIM World Championship aboard a BMW S1000RR. He won the Alpe Adria Road Race Superbike Championship in 2016. Having won Czech championships in 125 cc class in 2001 and 2002, when he also raced in European series, he moved to European 250 cc championship in 2003. Jaroslav Huleš (2 July 1974 – 7 July 2004) was a Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from the Czech Republic. He died a few days after his 30th birthday, following a suicide attempt on that day, leaving a four-year-old son. After racing at European Championship level, he raced in the 125cc World Championship in 2000, peaking with 8th place at Donington Park.
