Padanian Parliament
The Padanian Parliament is a body established by Lega Nord with internal representation based on electoral principles. Previously known as the Northern Parliament and the Parliament House of Mantua, it includes all administrators, regional councilors, mayors, and elected members of Parliament from various local and national administrations. The first official headquarters for the plenary meetings of the newly established Po Parliament was at Villa Riva Berni in Bagnolo San Vito. The second set of meetings, held from 2007 to 2011, took place in Vicenza at Villa Bonin Maistrello, Via dell'Oreficeria 21. The Padanian Parliament is internally divided into competing political forces, including communists, socialists, liberals, Christian democrats, and national conservatives, all united by Padanian nationalism. Roberto Calderoli
Roberto Calderoli (born 18 April 1956) is an Italian politician and a member of the Senate of the Republic. He was a Minister without portfolio for Legislative Simplification in the Berlusconi IV Cabinet. He previously served as Minister without portfolio for Reforms and Devolution in the Berlusconi II Cabinet (since 20 June 2004) and in the Berlusconi III Cabinet (until 18 February 2006, when he resigned following a controversy). Francesco Speroni
Francesco Enrico Speroni (born 4 October 1946, in Busto Arsizio) is an Italian politician. Career Speroni has been flight engineer from 1970 to 1997, remaining on leave since 1989. A member of the Northern League, Speroni has been a Member of the European Parliament from 1989 to 1994, a Senator from 1992 to 1999 and again an MEP from 1999 to 2014. He served as Minister for Institutional Reforms in first Berlusconi government, from 1994 to 1995. As MEP, he co-chaired the Europe of Freedom and Democracy group from 2009 to 2014.
