Olga Heikkala
Olga Iita Mirjam Heikkala (born 26 April 2000) is a Finnish actress and singer. Heikkala became famous for the KIDSing singing competition shown on the MTV3 channel in 2013, in which she participated when she was 12 years old. She progressed in the competition until the final, but in the end Jenni Jaakkola won the competition. Between 2018 and 2023, Heikkala played the character of Mira Angervuo in the soap opera Salatut elämät, where she first acted occasionally from late spring 2018 to the end of the same year. Her character returned to the series again in the summer of 2019 and appeared regularly in the series until November 2023. In 2016, Heikkala moved to Helsinki after getting to study at Kallio high school. In 2024, Heikkala began her career as a singer under the stage name Olga (stylized in all caps). MTV3 (, ) is a Finnish commercial television channel owned and operated by the media company MTV Oy, originally launched on 13 August 1957 as a programming block, becoming its own channel on 1 January 1993. It had the biggest audience share of all Finnish TV channels until Yle TV1 (from Yle) took the lead. MTV actually stands for Mainos-TV (literally "Advertisement-TV", i.e. "Commercial TV), due to the channel carrying advertising for revenue. Jenni Jaakkola (b. 20 February 1999) is a Finnish singer-songwriter. She was the winner of the first series of KIDSing children's song contest on MTV3, Finnish television. Winning the final on 25 May 2013, Jaakkola received a recording contract with Antti Tuisku's label, Hyökyaalto ("Tsunami") Records. She also headlined a 2013 celebration tour. ''Salatut elämät'' ("Secret Lives", literally "Concealed Lives") is a Finnish television soap opera that premiered on MTV3 on 25 January 1999. The series' storylines follow the daily lives of several families who live in the same apartment block, Pihlajakatu 23 B in Helsinki. The series primarily centres on residents of Pihlajakatu and its neighbouring areas.
