Novomykhailivka is a village located in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Raion of Odesa Oblast, Ukraine. It belongs to Tuzly rural hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. An oblast ( uk, о́бласть; ) in Ukraine, often called a region or province, is the main type of first-level administrative division of the country.
