Novion Property Group
Novion was an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust which invested in shopping centres across Australia. It was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange in October 1994 by John Gandel under the name Gandel Retail Trust' with six retail assets. It was managed by Colonial First State, based in Sydney, under the name CFS Retail Property Trust until 2013, when it separated. It was renamed Novion in November 2014. Novion merged with Federation Limited in June 2015, to become Vicinity Centres. Chadstone Shopping Centre (colloquially known as Chaddy) is a super regional shopping centre located in the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Malvern East. Northgate Shopping Centre
Northgate Shopping Centre is the third largest shopping centre in Tasmania. Located in Glenorchy approximately 10 kilometres northwest of Hobart. The shopping centre is located on the Main Road within the CBD of Glenorchy with all stores located on the one level and a large undercover carpark situated below the main building. It was constructed on the site that had been that of the Glenorchy Tannery also known as Cook's Tannery. The centre was opened in November 1986 as a convenience centre anchored by a Coles Supermarket along with 46 speciality stores. The centre has since been refurbished and expanded in October 1995. Castle Plaza
Castle Plaza is a shopping centre located in the Adelaide suburb of Edwardstown, South Australia approximately from the CBD, along South Road. It was expanded in the mid-1980s and the new development was opened in July 1987. Attending that day were a number of local personalities including John Platten. QueensPlaza
QueensPlaza is an upmarket shopping centre located in Central Business District of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, with frontages on Adelaide Street, Queen Street Mall, and Edward Street. Construction began in September 2003. Stage 1 of QueensPlaza was completed in June 2005, with stage 2 being completed in October 2007.
