Nomads (season 2)
Nomads: Madagascar is the second season of the Greek reality competition television show ''Nomads'' which aired from 11 October 2018 until 23 December 2018 on ANT1. It takes place in Nosy Be, Madagascar, for 12 weeks. The winner wins €150,000. It features 20 players divided into two nomad tribes: Crocodiles and Lemurians. After the fourth week, a new tribe of former eight Survivor players entered the game as a team called Invaders. Stelios Hantapakis was the winner of this season. Nosy Be
Nosy Be (formerly Nossi-bé and Nosse Be) is an island off the northwest coast of Madagascar. Nosy Be is Madagascar's largest and busiest tourist resort. It has an area of , and its population was 109,465 according to the provisional results of the 2018 Census. ''Nosy Be'' means "big island" in the Malagasy language. The island was called Assada during the early colonial era of the 17th century. Nosy Be has been given several nicknames over the centuries, including "Nosy Manitra" (the scented island). History The first human inhabitants of Nosy Be were small bands of Antankarana and Zafinofotsy, before the Sakalava people migrated there and became the most numerous ethnic group on the island. Ilioupoli
Ilioupoli ( el, Ηλιούπολη, "Sun City") is a suburban municipality belongs to Central Athens regional unit and located in the central-southern part of the Athens. Its name is the modern form of the ancient name of Heliopolis in Egypt. Development of Ilioupoli started around 1924, when Greek refugees from Asia Minor settled there. Sérres ( el, Σέρρες ) is a city in Macedonia, Greece, capital of the Serres regional unit and second largest city in the region of Central Macedonia, after Thessaloniki. Glyfada
Glyfada ( el, Γλυφάδα, ) is a suburb in South Athens located in the Athens Riviera along the Athens coast. It is situated in the southern parts of the Athens' Urban Area. Langadas
Lagkadas ( el, Λαγκαδάς, ) is a town and municipality in the northeast part of Thessaloniki regional unit, Greece. There are 41103 residents in the municipality and 7764 of them live in the town of Lagkadas. Lagkadas is located northeast of Thessaloniki, at a distance of about 20 km from its center and at an altitude of about 130m, in the center of the valley of Mygdonia, through which Alexander the Great passed at his campaigns and also the Apostle Paul towards Thessaloniki and Athens. Alex Kavadias
Alex Kavvadias ( el, Αλέξανδρος Καββαδίας) is a rock music artist based in Athens, Greece. Kavvadias spent most of his life in Australia before moving to Athens. He was previously the lead singer for the popular Greek rock band Matisse. Kavvadias was also lead vocalist on the album ‘Rock & Roll Mafia’. He recorded two duets for the album; one with Australian artist Lenka Kripac and the other with Johnette Napolitano from the band Concrete Blonde. While Kavvadias was with Matisse, they released four singles and music videos. They were also nominated for two awards at the MTV European Music Awards. Alex has performed at numerous concerts in Greece, England and Scotland and at two ‘MAD’ Video Music Awards.
