Noisy-le-Sec Station
Noisy-le-Sec station is a railway station in Noisy-le-Sec, Seine-Saint-Denis, France. The station opened in 1849 and is on the Paris-Est–Strasbourg-Ville railway and Paris-Est–Mulhouse-Ville railway. The station is served by RER E, RER Line E services operated by the SNCF and Île-de-France tramway Line 1, operated by RATP Group. The station has long functioned as an important depot and marshalling yard, making it a major railway node. The original station opened in the year 1849 with the first part of the Paris-Est – Strasbourg-Ville railway, railway line from Paris-Est to Gare de Strasbourg-Ville, Strasbourg-Ville and was enlarged in 1910. During the first World War, it was an important station for transporting troops to the front lines. RER E
RER E is one of the five lines in the Réseau Express Régional (English: Regional Express Network), a hybrid commuter rail and rapid transit system serving Paris and its suburbs. The line travels between western and eastern suburbs, with all trains serving the stations in central Paris, before branching out towards the ends of the line. The line runs from the western terminus (E1) to the eastern termini (E2) and (E4). It is operated by SNCF. Hassoun Camara (born 3 February 1984) is a French former professional footballer who played as a full-back. Career France Camara began his career with his hometown club, Olympique Noisy-le-Sec, appearing in 67 matches and scoring 1 goal. Amandine Buchard (born 12 July 1995) is a French judoka. She represented France at the 2020 Summer Olympics winning the silver medal in the half lightweight event and a gold medal in the mixed team event. She is a third dan black belt. Albin Georges Lermusiaux (9 August 1874 – 20 January 1940) was a French athlete and sport shooter who competed at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens. Career In total Lermusiaux competed in four different events at the 1896 Summer Olympics, he won his preliminary heat of the 800 metres with a time of 2:16.6, he withdrew from the final which was to take place three days later but decided to save himself for the marathon which was taking place a day after the 800 metres final. Jean Delannoy (; 12 January 1908 – 18 June 2008) was a French actor, film editor, screenwriter and film director. Biography Although Delannoy was born in a Paris suburb, his family was from Haute-Normandie in the north of France. He was a Protestant, a descendant of Huguenots, some of whom fled the country during the French Wars of Religion, and settled first in Wallonia. Afterwards, their name became De la Noye and then Delano family, Delano, who were on the second ship to immigrate to Plymouth, Massachusetts.
