Nisporeni Central Stadium
The Nisporeni Central Stadium () is a football stadium in Moldova built in 2021. It is based in the city of Nisporeni. It is serves as the home ground for Dacia Buiucani of the Moldovan Liga. In 2015 it was announced that another stadium would be built with the support of the Moldovan Football Federation. Construction started in 2017, at a cost of 80 million MDL. The venue hosted the 2021–22 Moldovan Cup The 2021–22 Moldovan Cup () was the 31st season of the annual Moldovan football cup competition. Nisporeni () is a town in Moldova and the administrative center of Nisporeni District. History The first historical appearance was in 1618. The Romanian People's Salvation Cross, the largest cross in Moldova, was built in 2011 in Nisporeni. Demographics According to the 2014 census, the population of Nisporeni amounted to 10,063 inhabitants, a decrease compared to the previous census in 2004, when 12,105 inhabitants were registered. FC Dacia Buiucani
Fotbal Club Dacia Buiucani, commonly known as Dacia Buiucani is a Moldovan football club from the Buiucani sector of Chișinău. The club competes in the Liga, the top tier of Moldovan football. The academy of the club is called CSCT Buiucani. CSCT is an abbreviation for Sports Club for Children and Youth (). The club plays its home matches at Joma Arena, which has a capacity of 2,000 spectators. The current head coach is Viorel Frunză. History The club was founded as CSCA Buiucani on 25 September 1997. In July 2011, the club became FC Dacia Chișinău's reserve team and changed its name to Dacia-2 Buiucani. The Moldova national under-21 football team represents Moldova in international Association football, football at this age level and is controlled by the Moldovan Football Federation, the governing body for football in Moldova. The Moldovan Liga, officially known as Liga 7777.md for sponsorship reasons, is an association football league that is the top division of Moldovan football league system. The competition was established in 1992, when Moldova became independent from the Soviet Union. It was formed in place of former Soviet republican competitions that existed since 1945. Before the Soviet occupation of Bessarabia and Northern Bukovina in 1940, clubs from modern Moldova competed in the Romanian football competitions, particularly Nistru Chișinău. There are currently eight teams in the competition. At the end of the season, the bottom club is relegated to Liga 1 and replaced by the lower league's champion. The 2021–22 Moldovan Cup () was the 31st season of the annual Moldovan football cup competition. The competition started on 17 August 2021 with the preliminary round and concluded with the final on 21 May 2022. Format and Schedule The preliminary round and the first two rounds proper are regionalised to reduce teams travel costs. Participating clubs The following teams qualified for the competition: Preliminary round 10 clubs from the Divizia B entered this round.
