NewsWatch on Channel 15 (popularly known as NewsWatch 15) is an American regional cable television channel serving New Orleans, Louisiana. The channel is owned as a joint venture between Tegna and local cable provider Cox Communications. NewsWatch 15's operations are based out of the studio facility shared by Tegna-owned CBS affiliate WWL-TV (channel 4) and MyNetworkTV affiliate WUPL (channel 54), located on Rampart Street in the city's historic French Quarter district. KDRV (channel 12) and KDKF (channel 31) are television stations licensed respectively to Medford, Oregon, Medford and Klamath Falls, Oregon, United States, affiliated with American Broadcasting Company, ABC. KVTV
KVTV (channel 13) was a television station in Laredo, Texas, United States, affiliated with CBS. The station was owned by Eagle Creek Broadcasting. On July 1, 2015, Gray Television, owner of NBC affiliate KGNS-TV, bought the non-license assets of KVTV and established KYLX-LP, to which it moved all of KVTV's program streams. KVTV then ceased broadcasting after nearly 42 years. The KVTV full-power license was surrendered on September 19, 2016. It began its operations on July 1, 2024 on soft launch, and was fully launched in August 2024. Frank Daniel Garofalo (born April 1, 1944), more prominently known as Frank Gari, is an American singer-songwriter and composer. Early life Gari was a popular singer and songwriter from the late 1950s and early 1960s. His best known songs as a performer are "Utopia", "Lullaby of Love", and "Princess", all of which hit the Top 40 in the U.S. ''Billboard'' charts in 1961. Contributing to this early acclaim was Gari's unique rich voice blending with carefully selected melodic instrumentation and backup singers, all of which created a deep sense of magic, ethereal perfection, sincerity and emotion.
