Nebraska Danger
The Nebraska Danger was a professional indoor American football, indoor football team based in Grand Island, Nebraska, and a member of the Indoor Football League (IFL). The team was founded in 2011 by Charlie Bosselman as an expansion member of the IFL. The Danger played their home games at Eihusen Arena. In 2011 and 2012, the Nebraska Danger was selected as having the IFL's Best Fans. In 2013, the Danger were named Indoor Football League Franchise of the Year award, IFL Franchise of the Year. Former general manager Mike McCoy was named 2013 IFL Executive of the Year and quarterback Jameel Sewell was named the 2013 Indoor Football League Most Valuable Player award, IFL Most Valuable Player and Offensive Player of the Year. Eihusen Arena
The Eihusen Arena is a 7,500-seat multi-purpose arena in Grand Island, Nebraska, United States, USA. Opened in 2006 as part of the Heartland Events Center at Fonner Park, it hosts local sporting events and concerts. It was also home to the Indoor Football League's Nebraska Danger, which began play in 2011. The arena also serves as a concert venue for the Nebraska State Fair. The Tri-Cities Fever was a professional indoor American football, indoor football franchise based in Kennewick, Washington. The Fever joined National Indoor Football League (NIFL) in 2005 as an expansion team. The Fever were owned by Teri Carr. The Colorado Crush were a professional indoor football team. The Crush played its home games at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Colorado, outside Fort Collins. The Crush began play in 2007 as the Colorado Ice, an expansion member of United Indoor Football (UIF) and joined the Indoor Football League as part of the UIF-Intense Football League merger of 2009. Ahead of the 2016 season, the team changed its name to the Colorado Crush, after the John Elway-owned team of the same name that played in the Arena Football League from 2003 until its suspension of operations in 2008.
