2012 Nebraska Danger Season
The 2012 Nebraska Danger season was the second season for the Nebraska Danger as a professional indoor football franchise and their second in the Indoor Football League (IFL). One of 16 teams competing in the IFL for the 2012 season, the Nebraska Danger were members of the Intense Conference. The team played their home games under head coach Mike Davis at the Eihusen Arena in Grand Island, Nebraska. The Danger earned a 5–9 record, placing 6th in the Intense Conference, and failed to qualify for post-season play. The Everett Raptors were a professional indoor football team based in Everett, Washington. The Raptors were member of the Intense Conference of the Indoor Football League (IFL). Jameel Sewell (born October 19, 1987) is a former American football quarterback who currently serves as the quarterbacks coach for the Nebraska Danger of the Indoor Football League (IFL). He played college football for the Virginia Cavaliers. High school Jameel Sewell attended Hermitage High School in Richmond. As a senior, he had 106 completions in 175 attempts for 2,001 yards and 27 touchdowns and threw six interceptions; as a junior, he completed 65 of 135 passes for 1,032 yards and 16 touchdowns. Rocky Lee Hinds (born February 13, 1986) is an indoor football Quarterback for the Wichita Force of Champions Indoor Football (CIF). Rocky was the starting quarterback for the UNLV Rebels after transferring from the University of Southern California. High school Hinds was a highly recruited athlete who was a member of the 2004 graduating class of St. Bernard High School located in Los Angeles, California. The ImOn Ice Arena is a 3,850-seat multipurpose arena in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, located adjacent to Veterans Memorial Stadium. The Cedar Rapids River Kings were a professional indoor football team based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The River Kings joined the Indoor Football League (IFL) as an expansion team in 2011 as the Cedar Rapids Titans and first took the field for the 2012 season. Hartman Arena is a privately managed 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Park City, Kansas, United States. It is located northwest of I-135 and 77th Street North in the north Wichita metro area.
