Nathan Never
''Nathan Never'' is a black-and-white, science fiction Italian comics, Italian comic book, published monthly in Italy since 1991 by Sergio Bonelli Editore. It is written by Michele Medda, Antonio Serra (comics), Antonio Serra and Bepi Vigna. Artists who worked to series include Claudio Castellini, Roberto De Angelis, Dante Bastianoni, Nicola Mari, Pino Rinaldi, Giancarlo Olivares and Onofrio Catacchio. Plot The title character Nathan Never is a special agent in a semi-dystopian near future where crime-fighting is shared between the police and corporate detective agencies such as Never's employer Agenzia Alfa. Stories typically merge classic urban crime, Noir fiction, noir, and drama, with occasional forays into political thriller, survival horror, and space opera. Michele Medda
Michele Medda (born 7 December 1962) is an Italian comics writer. Medda was born in Cagliari, Sardinia. In 1991, together with Antonio Serra (comics), Antonio Serra and Bepi Vigna, he created the science fiction series ''Nathan Never'' for Sergio Bonelli Editore. This was followed by ''Legs Weaver'' (1995-2005), set in the same fictional universe. Medda also wrote stories for ''Tex Willer, Tex'', ''Nick Raider'' and ''Dylan Dog''. Survival Horror
Survival horror is a Video game genre, subgenre of horror games. Although combat can be part of the gameplay, the player is made to feel less in control than in typical action games through limited ammunition or weapons, health, speed, and vision, or through various obstructions of the player's interaction with the game mechanics. The player is also challenged to find items that unlock the path to new areas and solve puzzles to proceed in the game. Games make use of strong horror themes, such as dark mazelike environments and Jump scare, unexpected attacks from enemies. Arnoldo Mondadori Editore () is the biggest publishing company in Italy. History The company was founded in 1907 in Ostiglia by 18-year-old Arnoldo Mondadori who began his publishing career with the publication of the magazine ''Luce!''. Cat's Eye (manga)
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tsukasa Hojo. It was serialized in Shueisha's manga magazine ''Weekly Shōnen Jump'' from 1981 to 1985, with its chapters collected in 18 volumes. The story follows the adventures of the three Kisugi sisters—Hitomi, Rui, and Ai, who are formidable art thieves trying to collect all the works belonging to their missing father. ''Legs Weaver'' is an Italian science fiction comic book published by Sergio Bonelli Editore between 1994 and 2005. Rebecca "Legs" Lawrence Weaver, the main character of the comic, first appeared as supporting character and sparring partner of Nathan Never (''Nathan Never'' #1, ''Agente Speciale Alfa'') in 1991. The main inspiration for the character were films of the Alien series and their main character Ellen Ripley, played by Sigourney Weaver. Initially the setting of the series was to mimic that of the original Nathan Never series, as such it shares its characters. Its differentiating point was to be a more ironic and funny atmosphere to contrast the deep and involved scenery of Nathan Never. Initially Antonio Serra took care of the comic.
