Yunist Stadium ( uk, Стадіон Юність) is a football stadium in Chernihiv, Ukraine. The stadium is a home arena for Yunist Chernihiv and Yunist ShVSM and it belongs to the Sportive youth school. General description Origin The stadium was opened in 1975 and it is located 1.5 km by Stadium Youri Gagarin, 2.5 km by Chernihiv Arena. A number of notable players started at the Youth Academy, playing in this stadium, such as Andriy Yarmolenko, Pavlo Polehenko, Vladyslav Shapoval, Pavlo Fedosov, Oleksiy Khoblenko and Nika Sichinava. FC Hirnyk-Sport Horishni Plavni is a Ukrainian football club based in Horishni Plavni, Poltava Oblast. The club competes in the First League. The club is sponsored by Ferrexpo. History The club was founded in 1989. After some above average performances in the KFK 3rd Zone (Central Ukraine) Amateur Championship the club's administration decided to enter the professional league. However, at this level the club has continually struggled and has had only 2 winning seasons since entering this level of competition. The club plays its football games at "Yunist" (Youth) Stadium.
