Alok Achkar Peres Petrillo (; born 26 August 1991), known mononynosly as Alok, is a Brazilian musician, DJ, and record producer who is best known for his 2016 single "Hear Me Now (Alok song), Hear Me Now". Multishow
Multishow is an entertainment channel owned by Canais Globo, Grupo Globo's cable and satellite television channel operator. It was launched in 1991, as one of the company's first four channels (with Telecine, Top Sport – now SporTV – and GNT). A high-definition simulcast was launched on 15 December 2012, at 11:59 pm Brazilian Summer Time ( UTC-02), with a live telecast of a Rolling Stones concert at the Prudential Center. History Multishow launched in 1991 with an 18-hour schedule. Niche programming from ZDF, NHK and Antenne 2 was carried to cater to their respective ethnic minorities, subtitled. The 2023 Multishow Brazilian Music Awards () (or simply 2023 Multishow Awards) (Portuguese: ''Prêmio Multishow 2023'') was held on 7 November 2023, at the Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Singer Ludmilla and television presenters Tatá Werneck and Tadeu Schmidt hosted the show. The ceremony was broadcast live on Multishow, TV Globo, and the Globoplay app. This was the first time the awards were broadcast on Globo's open channel.
