Muhammad Munawwar Mirza
Muhammad Munawar Mirza (Punjabi language, Punjabi, ) (born 27 Mar 1923 – 7 February 2000) was a prominent Muhammad Iqbal, Iqbal scholar, historian, writer and intellectual from Pakistan. Life and contribution Born on 23 March 1923, he did his master's degree in Urdu, Arabic and Philosophy from the University of the Punjab. He started his teaching career in 1953, which continued, to his Government College University, Lahore, Government College years until his retirement in 1980. He was appointed the chairman, Department of Iqbal Studies, university Oriental College, Lahore, Oriental College, Lahore from 1981 to 1985. Punjabi, sometimes spelled Panjabi, is an Indo-Aryan languages, Indo-Aryan language native to the Punjab region of Pakistan and India. It is one of the most widely spoken native languages in the world, with approximately 150 million native speakers. Nizam Al-Mulk
Abū ʿAlī Ḥasan ibn ʿAlī Ṭūsī () (1018 – 1092), better known by his honorific title of Niẓām al-Mulk (), was a Persian Sunni scholar, jurist, political philosopher and vizier of the Seljuk Empire. Rising from a low position within the empire, he became the ''de facto'' ruler of the empire for 20 years after the assassination of Sultan Alp Arslan in 1072, serving as the archetypal "good vizier". Viewed by many historians as "the most important statesman in Islamic history", the policies implemented by Nizam ul-Mulk remained the basic foundation for administrative state structures in the Muslim world up until the 20th century. Pakistanis (, ) are the citizens and nationals of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Pakistan is the fifth-most populous country, with a population of over 241.5 million, having the second-largest Muslim population as of 2023. As much as 85-90% of the population follows Sunni Islam. Waheed Qureshi (Urdu: وحید قریشی) (14 February 1925 – 17 October 2009) was a Pakistani noted linguist, literary critic, writer, researcher, educationalist and scholar of Urdu literature and oriental languages. Waheed Qureshi was one of the foremost scholars who helped shape the mood and colour of research on oriental languages and literature. Education Born as Abdul Waheed on 14 February 1925 in Mianwali (now in Pakistan), Dr Waheed Qureshi got his early education in Lahore. He obtained honours degree in Persian in 1944, master's degree in Persian in 1946 and a master's degree in History in 1950 from Government College, Lahore.
