Motherhood (band)
Motherhood is a Canadian punk rock trio from Fredericton, New Brunswick. Formed in 2010, the band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Brydon Crain, bassist/keyboardist/vocalist Penelope Stevens, and drummer Adam Sipkema. History Motherhood formed in 2010, in Fredericton, New Brunswick. They released their debut album, ''Diamonds & Gold'' (alternatively spelled ''Diamonds + Gold''), in 2013. The following year, they released EP ''Problems''. Motherhood released their second album, ''Baby Teeth'', on June 10, 2016. Their third album ''Dear Bongo,'' was released in 2019. In June 2022, Motherhood released their fourth album ''Winded''. Johnny James of ''Exclaim!'' gave the album a rating of 7. In October 2024, the band announced their fifth album ''Thunder Perfect Mind'' and released its lead track "Bok Globule". The Daily Gleaner
''The Daily Gleaner'' is a morning daily newspaper serving the city of Fredericton, New Brunswick, and the upper Saint John River Valley. The paper was printed Monday through Saturday, until dropping to Tuesday through Saturday in 2022 and announced it would only publish the printed copy three days a week starting March 2023. Daily news coverage continues online. It began operating in 1880. In April 2006, the paper switched from afternoon to morning publication. The offices of the ''Daily Gleaner'' are located on Alison Boulevard on the city's south side. K.C. Irving bought it in 1968 from Michael Wardell, who had owned it since 1950. The Westmorland Street Bridge is a bridge crossing the Saint John River in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Opened on 19 September 1981, the Westmorland Street Bridge is an extension of Westmorland Street in Fredericton's central business district and connects with Route 105 (or the Ring Road) in Nashwaaksis, a neighbourhood of Fredericton since municipal amalgamation in the 1970s.
