Mordad
Mordad (, ) is the fifth month of the Solar Hijri calendar, the official calendar of Iran and Afghanistan. Mordad has thirty-one days, beginning in July and ending in August of the Gregorian calendar. It is the second month of summer after Tir, and is followed by Shahrivar. The Afghan Persian name is Asad; in Pashto it is Zmaray. The name is derived from Ameretat, the Zoroastrian divinity/divine concept of immortality. Solar Hijri Calendar
The Solar Hijri calendar is the official calendar of Iran. It is a solar calendar, based on the Earth's orbit around the Sun. Each year begins on the day of the March equinox and has years of 365 or 366 days. It is sometimes also called the Shamsi calendar, Khorshidi calendar or Persian calendar. It is abbreviated as SH, HS, AP, or, sometimes as AHSh, while the lunar Hijri calendar (commonly known in the West as the 'Islamic calendar') is usually abbreviated as AH. The epoch (very first day) of the Solar Hijri calendar was the day of the spring equinox, March 19, 622 CE. The calendar is a "Hijri calendar" because that was the year that Mohammed is believed to have left from Mecca to Medina, which event is referred to as the Hijrah. Since the calendar uses astronomical observations and calculations for determining the vernal equinox, it theoretically has no intrinsic error in matching the vernal equinox year. () is the Avestan language name of the Zoroastrianism, Zoroastrian divinity/divine concept of immortality. Amerdad is the Amesha Spenta of long life on earth and perpetuality in the hereafter. The word ' is grammatically feminine and the divinity Amerdad is a female entity. Etymologically, Avestan ' derives from an Proto-Indo-Iranian language, Indo-Iranian root and is linguistically related to Vedic Sanskrit ''amrita, amṛtatva''. Shahrivar (, ) is the sixth month of the Solar Hijri calendar, the official calendar of Iran and Afghanistan. Shahrivar has thirty-one days. It begins in August and ends in September by the Gregorian calendar. The Afghan Persian name is Sonbola; in Pashto it is Waǵay. Shahrivar is the third and final month of summer. Simón José Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad Bolívar y Palacios (24July 178317December 1830) was a Venezuelan statesman and military officer who led what are currently the countries of Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Panama, and Bolivia to independence from the Spanish Empire. Babak Masoumi
Babak Masoumi (; 13 July 1972 – 10 August 2011) was an Iranian professional futsal player and coach who captained the Iran national team. Career Masoumi began his career playing football for Fath. He then changed codes and began to play futsal, where he played for Fath Tehran, PAS Tehran and Tam Iran Khodro. Despite suffering from cancer, Masoumi was head coach of Persepolis futsal team in the 2008–09 season and a few weeks afterwards was appointed as technical manager of Steel Azin futsal team. He was head coach of Dabiri at the time of his death. Death On 10 August 2011, Masoumi died from blood cancer from which he had been suffering since 2008. Proclamation Of Singapore
The Proclamation of Singapore; ; formally declared that Singapore was no longer a part of Malaysia but an independent, sovereign state. The document was drafted by E. W. Barker, the Minister for Law of Singapore, and signed by Lee Kuan Yew, the first Prime Minister of Singapore, on 9 August 1965. The Proclamation was broadcast on Radio Singapore at 10 a.m., read by announcer Steven Lee, and also published in the ''Government Gazette''.
