Montana Ham
Montana Ham is an Australian rules footballer playing for in the AFL Women's league. Ham was recruited by with the No.1 pick in the 2022 AFL Women's draft. Early life Growing up in Hillside in Melbourne's west, Ham grew up playing football from a young age. After starting Auskick at the age of four, she went through the junior ranks playing at the Hillside Sharks. Despite playing multiple seasons of basketball and netball in her younger years, Ham chose to continue with football, and in 2013, Ham began playing with the Keilor Football Club in the Essendon District Football League, and at age thirteen she was scouted by NAB League club the Western Jets. Western Jets
The Western Jets is an Australian rules football club which plays in the Victorian premier U19 competition, the Talent League, since its inception in 1992. The club have developmental squads in the U16, however much of the attention is towards its U18 team. The club is geographically set in Melbourne's West as part of a decision by AFL Victoria (formerly Football Victoria) to have clubs in all regions of the state. The club trains in Melbourne's inner west at Crofts Reserve in Altona North and plays NAB League matches at Burbank Oval in Williamstown. Overnewton Anglican Community College (more commonly known as 'OACC', or simply Overnewton) is a private, co-educational, day school, in Melbourne, Victoria. The college was founded in 1987. The Northern Knights is an Australian rules football club playing in the Talent League, the top statewide under-18 competition in Victoria (Australia), Victoria, Australia. They are based in Preston, Victoria, Preston, representing the northern suburban area of Melbourne. The Knights are one of the six original clubs set up as part of a plan by the Victorian State Football League to replace the traditional club zones with independent junior clubs. Marcus Bontempelli
Marcus Bontempelli (born 24 November 1995) is a professional Australian rules footballer playing for the Western Bulldogs in the Australian Football League (AFL). He has served as Western Bulldogs captain since the 2020 season, and was previously the vice-captain from 2018 to 2019. Bontempelli was drafted with the fourth selection in the 2013 AFL draft. He made his AFL debut in the 2014 AFL season. The Talent League (also known as the Coates Hire, Coates Talent League under naming rights and previously as the National Australia Bank, NAB League and Transport Accident Commission, TAC Cup) is an under-19 Australian rules football representative competition based in Melbourne and run by the Australian Football League (AFL). It is based on geographic regions throughout country Victoria (Australia), Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne with each team representing one of twelve Victorian regions, while a thirteenth team from Tasmania was reintroduced in 2019.
