"Monsters" is a song recorded by Macedonian singer and songwriter Tamara Todevska for her upcoming third studio album. It was written by Kosta Petrov and produced by Darko Dimitrov, Lazar Cvetkovski and Robert Bilbilov. ''Note: Open description for credits.'' The song was released as a single through Dimitrov on 24 November 2019. Tamara performed the song for the first time at the 21st edition of Kënga Magjike on 24 November 2019. She performed the song for the second time in the second semi-final on 5 December 2019 and finished fifth overall in the grand final on 7 December 2019. She additionally won the award for the Best Big International Artist. Tamara Todevska ( mk, Тамара Тодевска, pronounced , born 1 June 1985), also known mononymously as Tamara, is a Macedonian pop singer. Tamara began her music career in 2003 following the release of her debut studio album '' Sino''. She has won on various music competitions throughout her career such as MAKFest in 2006 and Skopje Fest in 2007. She has represented the Republic of North Macedonia in the Eurovision Song Contest on two occasions; in 2008, where she failed to qualify for the finals, performing the song " Let Me Love You" with Vrčak and Adrian Gaxha, and in 2019, she placed seventh in the final with the song " Proud", earning the country their best result in the contest ever. The Kënga Magjike 2019 was the 21st edition of the annual music contest Kënga Magjike and was held on 4, 5 and 7 December 2019 at the Pallati i Kongreseve in Tirana broadcast live on Televizioni Klan (TV Klan). Ardit Gjebrea and Adrola Dushi were the hosts of the three live shows. The proceeds from the ticket sales was donated to the people affected by the 2019 earthquake in Albania. Anna Oxa, as she stated, bought a ticket and sat with the public in the first semi-final as an act of solidarity. The winner of this year's edition was Eneda Tarifa with the song titled "Ma Zgjat Dorën". It was her first victory after two previous participations in 2006 and 2008. Kënga Magjike (; ) is an annual music competition organised by the Albanian television broadcaster Televizioni Klan. The music competition has been broadcasting annually since its inauguration in 1999 with the exception of 2020.
