Council Of Ministers (Albania)
The Council of Ministers () is the principal executive organ of the Albanian government. The Council is led by the Prime Minister of Albania and includes 17 other ministers, nominated by the Prime Minister and confirmed by the Parliament of Albania, Albanian parliament. The Council is responsible for carrying out both foreign and domestic policies. It directs and controls the activities of the ministries its members lead as well as other executive state bodies. The Prime Minister is nominated by the President of Albania based on the proposal of the majority party or coalition in the parliament. The nominee must then secure a vote of confidence in parliament to be appointed. If the parliament does not have confidence in the nominee, the President presents another within 10 days. Tirana ( , ; ) is the capital and List of cities and towns in Albania, largest city of Albania. Eglantina Gjermeni
Eglantina Gjermeni (born November 24, 1968) is an Albanian politician and diplomat. She is an expert in gender equality and she was a government minister for four years. In 2022, she was appointed Permanent Representative to the International Organizations in Vienna. Life Gjermeni was born in Krujë in 1968 and she initially studied history. She earned a doctorate in social work at the University of Tirana in 1994 after she had gained her masters Grand Valley State University in Michigan. In the following year she began lecturing at the University of Tirana in the Department of Social Affairs. For a decade she led the Gender Alliance for Development Center in Albania. She was elected to the Albanian Parliament in 2009 and again in 2013. In September 2013 she became Albania's Minister of Urban Development which was a position she held for four years. The Central Technical Construction Archive (AQTN) was established on July 26, 1993 in Tirana, Albania. It gathered technical construction projects of former institutes (ISP, N.GJ.GJ, ISPUK, ISPUN, ISPU) which belonged to Albania's former Ministry of Construction fund, materials from the Municipality of Tirana and KRRTSH decisions.
