Micah Lancaster
Micah Lancaster (born February 20, 1984) is an American former professional basketball player and current sports trainer, specializing in basketball skill development. High school career Lancaster began his Comstock Park High School basketball career as a freshman on junior varsity. As a sophomore, Lancaster played in one varsity game. As a junior, during his first varsity game, Lancaster suffered a left knee meniscus tear, which caused difficulties through the remainder of the season. As a all-state senior, he led his team to state class B Michigan semi-finals while averaging 30 points per game in the state tourney. In the state tournament game against East Grand Rapids Lancaster scored 45 points including the game-winning shot at the buzzer. Basketball is a sport with five players on the court for each team at a time. Each player is assigned to different positions defined by the strategic role they play. Guard, forward and center are the three main position categories. The standard team features two guards, two forwards, and a center. Jeffrey Lynn Green (born August 28, 1986) is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). As of 2024, he has played for 11 NBA teams in 15 seasons. A forward, Green played three seasons of college basketball for the Georgetown Hoyas.
