Meriadoc Brandybuck
Meriadoc Brandybuck (Westron: ''Kalimac Brandagamba''; usually called Merry) is a Hobbit, a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's Middle-earth legendarium, featured throughout his most famous work, ''The Lord of the Rings''. Merry is described as one of the closest friends of Frodo Baggins, the main protagonist. Merry and his friend and cousin, Peregrin Took, Pippin, are members of the Company of the Ring. They Interlacing in The Lord of the Rings, become separated from the rest of the group and spend much of ''The Two Towers'' making their own decisions. The Shire is a region of J. R. R. Tolkien's fictional Middle-earth, described in ''The Lord of the Rings'' and other works. The Shire is an inland area settled exclusively by hobbits, the Shire-folk, largely sheltered from the goings-on in the rest of Middle-earth. It is in the northwest of the continent, in the region of Eriador and the Kingdom of Arnor. Denethor
Denethor II, son of Ecthelion II, is a fictional character in J. R. R. Tolkien's novel ''The Lord of the Rings''. He was the 26th ruling Steward of Gondor, dying by suicide in the besieged city of Minas Tirith during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields. Denethor is depicted as embittered and despairing as the forces of Mordor close in on Gondor. Peregrin Took, commonly known simply as Pippin, is a fictional character from J. R. R. Tolkien's fantasy novel ''The Lord of the Rings''. He is closely tied with his friend and cousin, Merry Brandybuck, and the two are together during most of the story. Hobbit
Hobbits are a fictional race of people in the novels of J. R. R. Tolkien. About half average human height, Tolkien presented hobbits as a variety of humanity, or close relatives thereof. Ralph Bakshi (; born October 29, 1938) is a Mandatory Palestine-born American retired animator and filmmaker, known for his fantastical animated films. In the 1970s, he established an alternative to mainstream animation through independent animation, independent and adult animation, adult-oriented productions. Between 1972 and 1994, he directed nine theatrically released feature films, predominantly urban fiction, urban drama film, dramas and fantasy films, five of which he wrote.
