Memorial Human Rights Defence Centre (previously Memorial Human Rights Centre) is a Russian interregional organization, deprived of the registration by the authorities. Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin (, born August 27, 1953) is a Russian lawyer and official who has served as the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia since 15 January 2011.
