Meme Run
''Meme Run'' is an endless running video game created by American indie developer Ninja Pig Studios for the Wii U console's eShop service. The game and its Miiverse community features extensive use of Internet memes; for example, the player character is a stick figure with a trollface for a head, and the levels are made up of Lenny faces. The game was designed to appeal to meme fans, hardcore, and casual audiences, but was widely criticized both before and after its release for its perceived low quality. The game was removed from the Nintendo eShop and the Miiverse community for the game was deleted on March 3, 2015, after a copyright claim by artist Carlos "Whynne" Ramirez due to unlicensed use of the trollface by the developers. Endless Runner
Endless runner or infinite runner is a subgenre of platform game in which the player character runs for an infinite amount of time while avoiding obstacles. The player's objective is to reach a high score by surviving for as long as possible. The method by which the game level or environment appears to continuously spawn before the player is an example of procedural generation. The genre exploded on mobile platforms following the success of Temple Run, ''Canabalt'', and Doodle Jump being other popular examples. Its popularity is attributed to its simple gameplay that works well on touchscreen devices. Ridley (Metroid)
, also known in-universe by the alias Cunning God of Death, is a fictional character and the main antagonist of the ''Metroid'' series. An evil and aggressive draconic extraterrestrial, he became Samus Aran's archnemesis after murdering the latter's parents as he led a Space Pirate raid on her homeworld.
