Mehmet Bozdağ
Mehmet Bozdağ (born 1 January 1983 ) is a Turkish screenwriter, film producer, and director. He is also the founder and owner of production company Bozdağ Film. Early life Bozdağ was born in Kayseri, Turkey and educated at Sakarya University. He also completed his master's degree in sociology at the same university. Bozdağ started his historical studies in 2004. Career In 2009, Bozdağ worked as a screenwriter for TRT documentaries "''Son Rüya"'' and ''"Kardeş Şehirler".'' In 2010, he wrote a documentary named "''Ustalar, Alimler ve Sultanlar''". In 2014, Bozdağ made a historical Turkish drama series '' Diriliş: Ertuğrul''. The show was very popular in Turkey and Pakistan. The next year, in 2015, he then made the season 2 for Diriliş: Ertuğrul. In the same year, he also made another historical drama named '' Yunus Emre: Aşkın Yolculuğu.'' Kayseri
Kayseri (; el, Καισάρεια) is a large industrialised city in Central Anatolia, Turkey, and the capital of Kayseri province. The Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality area is composed of five districts: the two central districts of Kocasinan and Melikgazi, and since 2004, also outlying Hacılar, İncesu and Talas. As of 31 December 2021, the province had a population of 1,434,357 of whom 1,175,886 live in the four urban districts, excluding İncesu which is not conurbated (i.e. not contiguous, having a largely non-protected buffer zone). Golden Palm Awards
The Palme d'Or (; en, Golden Palm) is the highest prize awarded at the Cannes Film Festival. It was introduced in 1955 by the festival's organizing committee. Previously, from 1939 to 1954, the festival's highest prize was the Grand Prix du Festival International du Film. Destan (TV Series)
''Destan'' ( English: ''Epic''), is a Turkish historical action drama series produced by Mehmet Bozdağ, directed by Emir Khalilzadeh, Fethi Bayram and Metin Günay, and written by Nehir Erdem and Ayşe Ferda Eryılmaz. The leading roles are Ebru Şahin, Edip Tepeli and Selim Bayraktar. The plot is fictional, inspired by Turkish epics rather than historical reality. ATV (stylized as atv) is a Turkish free-to-air television network owned by Turkuvaz Media Group. It was launched in September 1993. ATV is an acronym of Actual Television ().
