Mazidul Islam Moni
Mazidul Islam Moni () is a retired Bangladeshi footballer who represented the Bangladesh national team from 1982 to 1984. He was also part of the Mukti Bahini during the Bangladesh Liberation War. Early life Born in Pabna, East Pakistan, Moni completed his secondary education at Pabna District School and pursued his higher secondary studies at Shahid Bulbul Government College in Pabna. He later earned both a bachelor's and a master's degree from Dhaka University. Moni played both football and hockey at the inter-school and district levels. Additionally, he secured first place in the 100m and 200m sprints at inter-district competitions. He began playing in the Pabna First Division Football League from 1974. Club career In 1975, Moni trained under Sandy, the Scottish coach of WAPDA Sports Club; however, he did not register with the Dhaka-based club. Pabna District

WAPDA Sports Club () is a multi-sports club based mainly in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The club is owned by the Bangladesh Power Development Board. The club was well known for its football team which participated in domestic football prior to the turn of the century. Bangladesh National Football B Team
Bangladesh B is a secondary football team run occasionally as support for the Bangladesh national football team. History In 1981, the Bangladesh Football Federation started the President's Gold Cup, in which two Bangladesh national teams would participate—the national green team and the national red team. Gafur Baloch, who guided the Bangladesh U19 team at the 1980 AFC Youth Championship, was made the red team's head coach. The team mainly consisted of players who participated in the AFC Youth Championship the previous year. Baloch guided them to the final, in which they lost to South Korea XI. Abdul Gafur Baloch
Abdul Gafur Baloch (1936–25 June 1997) was a football player and coach. Born in Pakistan during the British regime, he was granted Bangladeshi citizenship due to his contribution to the country's football. Gafur was praised for his defensive abilities during his playing years. Early life Born in Karachi, British India in 1936, Baloch was of Iranian origin on his mother's side. Playing career In 1951, at the age of 15, he began playing in the Karachi First Division Football League with Qadri Sports Club. Federation Cup, also known as Bangladesh Federation Cup or simply Fed Cup , is Bangladesh's premier cup competition in men's association football.
