Mark Sholtez is an Australian singer-songwriter. His debut album, ''Real Street'' from 2006, has resulted in nominations for an ARIA Award and APRA Awards winning an APRA for 'Most Performed Jazz Work' for "Love Me for the Cool" in 2007. His follow-up album is titled ''The Distance Between Two Truths''. Biography Shortly after signing a deal with the U.S. label Verve Records, Sholtez recorded his debut album, '' Real Street'', in New York City. Geoffrey Keezer
Geoffrey Keezer (born November 20, 1970) is an American jazz pianist. Keezer was playing in jazz clubs as a teenager, playing piano for Art Blakey at age 18 and touring with Joshua Redman, Benny Golson and Ray Brown (musician), Ray Brown in his 20s. He has toured with David Sanborn, Chris Botti, Joe Locke (musician), Joe Locke and Christian McBride and worked with vocalist Denise Donatelli, receiving Grammy Award nominations, and releasing albums influenced by Hawaiian, Okinawan, and Afro-Peruvian folk traditions. Doug Pettibone (born in Los Angeles, California) is an American guitarist, singer, songwriter and studio musician. Career Doug Pettibone started to play the guitar at the age of eight. His first teacher was Andy Summers, formerly of The Police. With nine years, Doug studied with Eddie Lafreniere, guitarist for big band leader Jimmy Dorsey, with whom he spent the next five years studying the music of Dave Brubeck and Duke Ellington. Later he received a scholarship to Pepperdine University-Malibu for Jazz Guitar, Classical Guitar and Voice, graduating with a triple major in 1984. Lawrence Sam “Larry” Goldings (born August 28, 1968) is an American jazz keyboardist and composer. His music has explored elements of funk, blues, and fusion. Goldings has a comedic alter ego known as Hans Groiner. Life and career Goldings was born in Boston. His father was a classical music enthusiast, and Goldings studied classical piano until the age of twelve. While in high school at Concord Academy, he attended a program at the Eastman School of Music.
