In archaeology, rock arts are human-made markings placed on natural surfaces, typically vertical stone surfaces. Torres Strait Islanders ( ) are the Indigenous Melanesians, Melanesian people of the Torres Strait Islands, which are part of the state of Queensland, Australia.
