Mark Caljouw
Mark Caljouw (born 25 January 1995) is a Dutch badminton player. He started playing badminton aged eight, at BC Randstad in Rijswijk. Career Caljouw was selected to join the national team in 2008, and made a debut in international senior tournament in 2012. Caljouw competed at the 2013 European Junior Championships in Ankara, Turkey, winning a silver medal in the boys' singles event, and also a bronze medal in the mixed team event. He was selected by Badminton Europe to join the Player Development Plan "Future Stars". Caljouw won the men's singles National Championships title in 2017, beating defending champion Erik Meijs in the semi-finals and first seeded Nick Fransman in the final. He defended the title in 2018, after beating Fransman, and also in 2019 beating Aram Mahmoud in the final and again in 2020 and 2022, each time beating youngster Joran Kweekel in the final. The 2018 Orléans Masters was a badminton tournament which took place at Palais des Sports in France from 27 March to 1 April 2018 and had a total purse of $75,000. Tournament The 2018 Orléans Masters was the first Super 100 tournament of the 2018 BWF World Tour and also part of the Orléans Masters championships which had been held since 2012. The Norwegian International in badminton is an international open held in Norway Norway, officially the Kingdom of Norway, is a Nordic country in Northern Europe, the mainland territory of which comprises the western and northernmost portion of the Scandinavian Peninsula. Toma Junior Popov
Toma Junior Popov (born 29 September 1998) is a French badminton player. He won the bronze medal at the 2015 European Junior Championships in the boys' singles event. Popov made history as the first non-Danish male player to win a European Junior team gold as well as the men's singles and doubles in 2017. He joined Peter Gade, Jim Laugesen, and Thomas Stuer-Lauridsen as the only men to have ever completed the treble. He competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games and claimed the men's singles bronze medal. Personal life Born in Sofia, Popov came from a badminton family. Lee Dong-keun (badminton)
Lee Dong-keun (Hangul: 이동근; or ; born 20 November 1990) is a Korean badminton player specializing in men's singles. He won his first international senior title at the 2011 Vietnam International tournament. Lee participated at the 2012 World University Championships in Gwangju, South Korea, won a gold medal in the mixed team and a bronze in the singles events. He was also part of the South Korean winning team at the 2014 Asian Games. In 2016, Lee represented his country competing at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Orléans Masters
The Orléans Masters championships is an open badminton tournament held in France. This tournament is organized by the Cercle Laïque des Tourelles Orléans (CLTO) Badminton and held in the Palais des Sports in Orléans. This tournament began as a regional event in 1994, and later included as national event in 1999. In 2012, this tournament known as French International as a part of European circuit and sanctioned by the Badminton World Federation as International Series. The French International upgraded its level as International Challenge in 2013, and changed its name to Orléans International in 2015, to avoid confusion with the already established French Open held in Paris. In June 2017, the Badminton World Federation has accepted the candidacy of CLTO to organized of a higher ranking tournament.
