Mark Andrew Green (born June 1, 1960) is an American politician and diplomat. He served as president and CEO of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars from March 15, 2021 to April 1, 2025. Previously he was executive director of the McCain Institute for International Leadership and Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development. The Wisconsin State Assembly is the lower house of the Wisconsin Legislature. Together with the smaller Wisconsin Senate, the two constitute the legislative branch of the U.S. state of Wisconsin.
