Mariano Andújar (born 30 July 1983) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career In 2009, Andújar was the first team goalkeeper in Estudiantes' Copa Libertadores winning team. Andújar did not concede a single goal in any of the eight games in La Plata and he set a new tournament record of 800 minutes without conceding a goal, beating Hugo Gatti's 767 minutes. On 24 June 2009, Italian club Catania officially announced that the club had signed the player to a four-year deal. On 24 January 2014, Napoli's official website posted that Andújar was in Naples completing a medical in preparation for his move to the Italian club. Supercoppa Italiana
The Supercoppa Italiana, also known as the Italian Super Cup, is an annual super cup tournament in Italian football. Founded in 1988 as a two-team competition, it has featured four teams since 2023 (the winners and runners-up of the previous season's Serie A and Coppa Italia). Before the format change, the match was exclusively contested between the winners of the Serie A and Coppa Italia titles. Under the new rules, if a team were to be occupying more than one of the four spots, that spot would then be filled by the third and/or fourth teams in the Serie A standings. 2009 Copa Libertadores
The 2009 Copa Libertadores de América (officially the 2009 Copa Santander Libertadores de América for sponsorship reasons) was the 50th edition of the Copa Libertadores de América, CONMEBOL's premier annual international club tournament. The tournament was won by Argentine club Estudiantes de La Plata, who achieved their fourth Copa Libertadores title and first in 39 years. The 2023 Copa Argentina (officially the Copa Argentina AXION energy 2023 for sponsorship reasons) was the thirteenth edition of the Copa Argentina football tournament, and the eleventh since the relaunch of the tournament in 2011. The competition began on 24 January and ended on 13 December 2023. Patronato, the defending champions, were eliminated in the round of 32. Estudiantes (LP) defeated Defensa y Justicia 1–0 in the final to win their first title in the tournament. Facundo Alfonso Andújar (born 4 July 1994) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Almirante Brown. Career Andújar's career began with Huracán's academy, prior to the goalkeeper securing a move to Estudiantes in 2014. He was on the first-team's radar for two years from 2015 but didn't make a competitive appearance for the Primera División team. On 9 August 2017, Andújar joined Deportivo Español of Primera B Metropolitana. His senior bow arrived on 7 April 2018 in a goalless draw in the league against Acassuso, which was the first of five matches he participated in during the 2017–18 season. Sergio Germán "Chiquito" Romero (; born 22 February 1987) is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Boca Juniors.
