Alfred Marcy
Alfred Russell Marcy (July 21, 1900May 19, 1977) was a United States Army colonel who was the Chief of the Radio Division and Deputy Signal Officer of the Central Pacific command during World War II. During the Korean War, he was specifically selected to become signal officer by General Edward Almond of the U.S. Army X Corps for the Battle of Inchon, Inchon landings and operations in North Korea. Early life Alfred Russell Marcy, son of Albert Theodore Marcy and Julia Edna (Park) Marcy was born in Oneida, New York, July 21, 1900. His father worked as an industrial blacksmith and foreman for a steel company; his mother liked to write poetry and doted on crossword puzzles. Following graduation from high school, Marcy entered into the New York Guard. While in the New York Guard, he worked in radio for WFBL, where he eventually became Chief Radio Engineer. Marcy Hinzmann
Marcy Hinzmann-Simpson (born May 26, 1982) is an American former competitive pair skater. With Aaron Parchem, she is the 2006 U.S. national silver medalist and competed at the 2006 Winter Olympics. Personal life Marcy Hinzmann was born May 26, 1982, in Norman, Oklahoma, the eldest of three children. Her mother is from Venezuela. Hinzmann is married to former NHL hockey player Todd Simpson and settled in Kelowna, BC. Career Hinzmann began skating at age eight. As a singles skater, she was coached by Carol Heiss Jenkins. Marcie is a fictional character featured in the long-running syndicated daily and Sunday comic strip ''Peanuts'' by Charles M. Schulz. Marcie is a studious girl who is sometimes depicted as being terrible at sports. She is friends with the tomboyish, athletic Peppermint Patty, who gets annoyed at Marcie when she calls her "sir", and she has a mostly unrequited crush on the underdog Charlie Brown. Masashi Tashiro
(born August 31, 1956) is a Japanese former television performer and a founding member of the band Rats & Star. Tashiro was a tenor singer with the band and, later, a TV entertainer in Japan. He directed a film after the breakup of Rats & Star. In September 2000, Tashiro was referred to prosecutors for filming up a woman's skirt.
