''Magnum Force'' is the second studio album by the American hip hop duo Heltah Skeltah. It was released on October 13, 1998, through Duck Down/Priority Records. After the release of their acclaimed 1996 debut, ''Nocturnal'', Rock and Ruck (who later became known as Sean Price) recorded an album titled '' For the People'', with its crew, the Boot Camp Clik, in 1997. They followed up in 1998 with their second full-length, which received harsh reviews, and accusations of the duo toning down its content to receive more sales. Rufus Lee Cooper III (born March 21, 1978), also known by his stage name Young Noble, is an American rapper and member of Tupac Shakur's rap group Outlawz. Clarence Alexander "Skip" Scarborough (November 26, 1944 – July 3, 2003) was an American songwriter, best known for romantic ballads. Biography Scarborough was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He lived in Los Angeles most of his life. A prolific songwriter, Scarborough wrote songs performed by L.T.D., Anita Baker and Earth, Wind & Fire. Boot Camp Clik is an American hip hop supergroup from Brooklyn, New York City, which is composed of Buckshot (of Black Moon), Smif-N-Wessun ( Tek and Steele), Heltah Skeltah ( Rockness Monsta and Sean Price) and O.G.C. (Starang Wondah, Top Dog, and Louieville Sluggah). Most of the members are from Brownsville, but Buckshot is from Crown Heights and Tek is from Bedford-Stuyvesant.
