Madelyn Desiano
Madelyn Marie Desiano (born February 18, 2000) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender for Danish Women's League club Odense Boldklub Q. Early life Desiano was born in Mission Viejo, California and attended Aliso Niguel High School. She was a member of both the soccer and dance teams at Aliso Niguel. She played youth soccer for SoCal Blues, with which she won the 2015 ECNL U15 National Championship. College career Desiano attended University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and played college soccer for the UCLA Bruins from 2018 to 2022. In 2018, she tore her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) , and underwent knee surgery. In 2019, she underwent a second knee surgery. She made her college debut in February 2021. The 2024 Houston Dash season is the team's eleventh season as an American professional women's soccer team in the National Women's Soccer League. Season Pre-season Immediately following the 2023 Houston Dash season, Houston Dash started their preparation for the 2024 NWSL Season. On November 20, 2023, the Dash announced their roster decisions headed into the 2024 season. NWSL Playoffs
The National Women's Soccer League Playoffs (or NWSL Playoffs) are a single elimination tournament among six teams in the National Women's Soccer League of the United States, deciding the winner of the NWSL Championship. Since playoff games cannot end in ties, those are broken by two straight 15-minute extra time periods, followed by shootouts of best-of-five rounds plus extra rounds as required. History The SJSU men's basketball team played its first recorded game in 1909.
