The MRT Line 5 (, ''romanised: Em-Ar-Ti Lain Pachh'') is an approved mass rapid transit line of Dhaka Metro Rail. It will be the third line of the Dhaka Metro Rail system. This line comprises Northern Route and Southern Route. The construction of the MRT Line 5's Northern Route began in 5 November 2023 and is scheduled to commence operation by 2028. The MRT Line 2 ( bn, এমআরটি লাইন ২) is Dhaka's proposed rapid transit line. It will be the fifth of the Dhaka Metro Rail system and will be operated by Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL). Darus Salam Thana
Darus Salam Thana is a thana, an administrative unit, of Dhaka District, Bangladesh. History During the Bangladesh Liberation war, Bengali intellectuals were killed by Pakistan Army in this area.
